I’ve spent the past five years building digital experiences that actually work—30+ websites and e-commerce platforms for companies in healthcare, logistics, entertainment, and retail. But numbers aside, what really drives me is understanding why someone clicks, hesitates, or leaves.
I start with questions, not templates. Who’s using this? What’s frustrating them? Where’s the friction? Then I design around those answers—whether that means rethinking a checkout flow, simplifying a dashboard, or just making sure the thing doesn’t feel like homework.
Good design isn’t about looking slick. It’s about making someone’s interaction smoother, faster, or less annoying than it was before. That’s the part I care about.
