For the past five years I’ve been designing and building digital products like websites, e-commerce platforms, and SaaS interfaces across healthcare, logistics, entertainment, and retail. Understanding why people struggle, finding the right direction, and helping teams see it clearly, that’s what push me.

I ask questions before I open Figma. Who’s using this? Where do they get stuck? What does success look like? Then I work on the answer, whether that means rethinking a flow, building training materials, or getting in front of a room to teach people how to get the most out of a product.
